The Wild Center - great fun in the wild

点评：Highly recommend this natural outdoor amusement park. The scenery and trails are well crafted and most of the park is wheelchair friendly. The Eagles nest is great but you have to be able to climb and do heights. It's fun once you get up the stairs ..but if you are afraid of heights, there's one section of stairs that is open grate metal stairs where you can look straight down. Most of the grates in other areas are covered with rug mats. I'm am not great with heights but it was awesome! The small building sized trolls on display until October 31, 2026 are incredible to see and all unique to visit with a save the environment theme.
We have a great time at age 69 and 70 and we are still pretty active.
There were a LOT of people there and children. But it made it more fun. So sorry our family wasn't with us.
The museum building is a must see. There's lots of educational exhibits but made really fun for children. And there's a huge tank the features several otters with an educational and fun show !! Very much all focused on the children regarding learning but we loved it.
There's also a nice environmentally friendly snack / lunch place in the museum and we bought a sandwich for $11 that was tasty!
It also is the place with a great gift shop. That building was built with glass windows that has a pond around one side of it and built right up to the building so you feel almost in the pond!
There's also outdoor seating there.
I would definitely go back again! It was a 2 hr and 30 min drive( because of road construction it took longer by 30 min) from the foothills of the Adirondacks Canada Lake area north. That is a Beautiful scenic drive with many lakes . There's no cell service most of the way so have a GPS or download the maps ahead of time.
We would definitely go back again!!

这里还有一家很棒的纪念品商店。那栋建筑装有玻璃窗，一侧环绕着池塘，池塘几乎与建筑相连，让人感觉仿佛置身于池塘之中呢！那里还有户外座位区。
我绝对会再去的！从加拿大阿迪朗达克山脉的山麓地区出发，开车过去需要2小时30分钟（由于道路施工，实际多花了30分钟）。沿途风景绝美，还有许多湖泊。大部分路段都没有手机信号，所以最好携带GPS或提前下载好地图。
我们肯定还会再去的！！
