点评：Do NOT order online! I paid €10 for shipping, and then 5 days later the tracking number showed it was still waiting to be picked up. so I checked in with when will it be sent, why it has been sitting in the store for 5 days and not moving, then they tell me “ Why didn't you let me know earlier that the delivery was urgent?” - it WASNT urgent as I ordered it 2 weeks before it was needed - and having it delivered to another city in Italy I expected it to take a week to deliver AT MOST and having paid a significant amount for shipping I wasn’t expecting my order to be sitting around at their shop for almost a week! They then said they could expedite the shipping and put it on the courier the following day - the evening of the next day I checked, and it still had not been collected! A nightmare to deal with and refusing to take any accountability for ensuring packages are shipped within a reasonable timeframe.
翻译：切勿在线下单！我支付了10欧元的运费，但5天后查询物流信息时发现包裹仍处于等待取件状态。于是我询问客服：什么时候才会发货？为什么包裹已经在仓库里放了5天却毫无动静呢？然后他们对我说：“为什么不早点告诉我这批货很急呢？”——其实并不急，毕竟我是在需要日期的两周前下的单。由于货物要送往意大利的另一个城市，我原以为最多一周就能送达。而且我还支付了不菲的运费，实在没料到我的订单会在他们的店里搁置将近一周之久！他们声称可以加快发货流程，并于次日通过快递寄出——可第二天晚上我查看时，包裹仍然未被揽收！处理过程简直是一场噩梦，他们也完全不愿承担确保包裹在合理时间内发货的责任。
