点评：Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible customer service and no phone number to connect. They canceled on us yesterday for a boat day we were supposed to have today. They cited that it was too cold due to weather forecast which is unfair because our group was perfectly fine going out in weather in the 50s due to how warm the water temp is. We paid $1300 and expected a service but were provided literally nothing and left with no activity today. Yeah, yeah, yeah I understand if you read the fine print it says they can cancel for any reason and not refund you. How in your right mind run a business and literally steal thousands of dollars from your customers without providing any service. Listen I understand you have to protect yourself against certain issues arising but taking the full amount with no refund at all is straight theft, in fact it feels quite fraudulent. You can cite your policies all you want but have some decency. Terrible experience. Thanks for stealing our money Tahoe Jet Boats. I wonder how much you guys pocketed Labor Day weekend with all the cancellations....$20k??
