Santa Sleepover Package - Great value for money

点评：Overall this package is one of the best value for a Christmas themed event.
**Pros**
* Land of Lights is included and is stunning
* Dinner is included (no choice but fine for what you pay)
* You get to stay in themed accommodation
* You receive a breakfast of sausages and hash brown in a roll plus a drink
* You meet Santa followed by the children picking a gift from his workshop afterwards
* You can use the theme park afterwards
**Cons**
* It’s rather unorganised. The staff don’t seem to know the answers to questions
* Apparently everyone received a phone call the week prior to book in their dinner slot (we, plus others did not receive this phone call)
* The package said the children would receive ice cream after their meal, when the time came, they said it wasn’t included anymore
* We waited approximately 1 hour to meet Santa

Special shout out to ‘Jack’, the restaurant manager. He was the most helpful member of staff we encountered (all were polite though). He resolved our dinner reservation issue after initially informing us the earliest availability was 6.15pm. He also provided us with ice cream as it was supposed to be included. He was polite and helpful.
Overall I would definitely recommend this package. Just enjoy it and appreciate it’s not perfect but it’s amazing value for money!!

总的来说，我绝对推荐这个套餐。尽情享受吧，虽然它并不完美，但绝对物超所值！
