点评:Have been to top of cliffs several times and spent a couple nights at Reeves lake catching several small trout up to 12" long (at the mouth where it drains out) used an old raft that was there.
The bottom of the cliffs is quite an experience to bestow. It was well worth the walk there and it's loaded with those 'egg stones' with the crystals inside. I found one that wasn't cracked open but for some reason they are all cracked open. It seems like real cougar country to me although not much deer sign or any food source for them so not to sure of their abundance there. It's like an oven on a hot day so bring plenty of water for the hike. I would bring a gallon per person just to be on the safe side and be careful to make it last for the walk out also. I went with the kids (x 2) who of course drank all their water BEFORE we even got there so on the way home they learned a lesson in 'rationing' which was priceless as we all would stop and each drink 4 capfuls of my pop bottle which we made last until close to the end. Such a great experience it was with them as always! 😎
