Litchfield Beach Golf Resort的点评
点评：Had a split stay in 2 different rooms but wasn't told this would be the case when booking. On the day of moving to another room we had to leave one room and not let in to the other until it was clean. The inconvenience of packing and unpacking again along with having groceries that needed to be in a refrigerator was very inconvenient. This caused us to lose a half day of our 4 day vacation and 4 hours of our beach chair umbrella rental. Later that day we came back to the unit to find out personal belongings had been moved from one bedroom to another and the second bedroom door was locked. Upon questioning front desk staff they had no knowledge of why this happened and did not offer to let us back in the second bedroom. We asked the front desk several questions throughout our stay and we're always told we would get a return phone call back and never did. We had no housekeeping services for fresh towels or trash pickup. When trying to reach for golf cart service we called several times and no one ever answered. The breakfast on site was really bad, especially for the price. The property and beach front were nice but not worth the experience of this overpriced poorly managed complex. No compensation was offered for any inconvenience, and that's fine but a valid explanation would have been nice. I 100%, do not recommend this resort.
