点评：We did the dolphin experience today. They said we could park in the back then the parking was not great and we had to walk around to the front with 2 young kids. When we walked in four minutes late, the front desk was very rude and said they were about to cancel our experience for being late. We were rushed through it, even though it is low season and nobody was there. The guide was nice enough, but for the price, I expected better service overall.
Afterwards, we received an email to pay for the pictures. Also expected this but expected it to be around $159, as that is what I was told when I asked and that is what we have paid in the past for similar experiences. It is $424 making the 30 minute mediocre experience $800. Absolute insanity.
On top of that, there are 10 dolphins who are kept in a tiny pool. Smaller than most of the resort pools in Cabo. I also would not have booked if I had seen the conditions beforehand. The dolphins are obviously anxious, our dolphin knocked over my 4 year old who was just sitting there. It is pretty depressing.
