Bannatyne Health Club & Spa - Norwich的点评
点评：Bought this spa day as a gift for a friend via Virgin Experience Days and have left feeling really disappointed. The only reason we feel a 2 is deserved is the treatments that were included were absolutely brilliant and made up for the poor ‘spa’ experience.
After getting changed we headed to the pool area where on the way down we were met with a cheesy fusty smell. The facilities were basic, pool and sauna small, felt like we were packed in like sardines. There was a man cleaning the pool area with a noisy machine throughout our time there. The robes we paid to hire were tired and both missing a tie. The towels were small and barely covered the essentials. We thought we would be able to lounge around the pool area, read a book, spend hours relaxing but there was a handful of loungers in the corner and the atmosphere was far from relaxing so we cut our time short in this area.
Moving on to the cafe, which felt like a school canteen, very poor choice of food, we were made to feel like an inconvenience for ordering a drink and baguette each. I asked for cucumber in mine which initially was not given, when I sent it back and received the cucumber it tasted bitter and gone off. Also felt disappointed that the smoothie was made from frozen ingredients.
The whole layout of the building is disjointed, we didn’t feel comfortable wearing our robes in the cafe as to do so, you had to walk through the entire building including past the gym and reception to get to the cafe.
Would not recommend this as a spa experience, the club feels tired and it does not create a relaxing spa like feel.

整个建筑的布局很混乱，我们穿着浴袍在咖啡厅里感觉很不自在，因为要穿浴袍，必须穿过整栋楼，包括健身房和接待处才能到咖啡厅。
不推荐这里作为水疗体验，俱乐部感觉很陈旧，完全没有水疗的放松氛围。
