They ruined an opportunity for us. So disappointed. Would not recommend.

点评：I am traveling with a group of 15 high school students and have had this event (evening Kayak tour) planned in Chicago for months. This trip is a highlight of their high school careers, and they have fundraised for it for the last year. On Monday night October 27th, we had a kayak tour planned that our kids were so excited for. We paid upfront and had multiple email/text confirmations to be at site at 4pm. We waited until 5:30pm and NO ONE showed up. We called/texted/emailed and even went to in person location of their business trying to connect. We were completely stood up and waisted an opportunity for our students to engage in a fun active opportunity to learn about Chicago.
I am completely disgusted by the lack of customer service, empathy and diligence to provide the service you sell. You ruined an opportunity for our kids to learn and engage in a rewarding trip. If we had known you would blow us off, we would have scheduled something else and instead you left us with no options. So disappointed.
