点评：From the moment you arrive at Sheldon Spa, you sense that this is something entirely different. It’s not a busy, commercial spa, it’s considered, and deeply intentional.
The exclusive nature of the space means you are never sharing your experience with strangers. That alone changes everything. There is no noise, no rush, just a seamless, unhurried flow that feels designed just for you.
The indoor pool is warm, serene, and well kept. The perfect place to rest before treatments. It feels less like a “facility” and more like a private sanctuary.
The treatments themselves are exceptional (Gua Sha Facial and Aromatherapy Full Body). The therapists clearly work with intuition combined with years of experience, this is not routine massage or skincare, but something far more thoughtful and responsive.
What truly sets Sheldon Spa apart in my opinion is the ambience (hard to explain, but I’ll try.) There is a depth to the experience, a sense that this is about more than just relaxation. It’s wellbeing, wellness, that stays with you long after you leave.
Dining is another highlight, thoughtfully prepared, deliciously fresh, and perfectly timed within the day (Jo and Lisa helped me plan every detail of my visit).
If you are looking for somewhere lively or social, this isn’t it. But if you are seeking true calm, privacy, and a HIGH LEVEL of care, Sheldon Spa is quite special. Highly recommended.
