点评：Our trip to Square One Shopping Centre was the perfect way to spend the rest of our family day in Mississauga. As the largest mall in Ontario, it offers a massive scale that can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but the incredible variety of shops and entertainment makes it a fantastic destination. The atmosphere throughout the mall was buzzing and vibrant, providing a great, clean contrast to the messy fun we had earlier in the day.
We spent a good portion of our time exploring The Food District, which is a massive step up from a traditional mall food court. The selection of local, artisan vendors is impressive, and it was hard to choose between all the high-quality options. Beyond the shopping, we really appreciated that Square One feels more like an entertainment hub. We walked past The Rec Room and noticed several immersive exhibits, which kept the kids excited and engaged even after a long morning of activity. Its proximity to Celebration Square is also a huge plus, as it allowed us to step outside for some fresh air and see the heart of the city in action.
While the mall is beautiful and full of variety, it is definitely worth wearing comfortable shoes, as you can easily walk several kilometers just exploring the different wings. We also found that parking can be a bit of a challenge on a busy day, so it helps to be patient or head toward the newer parking decks. Overall, Square One is much more than just a place to shop; it’s a full-day experience with excellent amenities and a great energy that made our family outing feel complete.
