点评：The caves are beautiful to see, but and its a big BUT. Today there was an unnecessary accident, an older lady fell and landed on her head. This could have been avoided if the party size was smaller. We had a large group of students who tried to push to the front of each stop. One guide who lead from the front and paid little attention to the back of the group. Lights were turned on and off fairly quickly and there seemed to be a time factor involved, and so the group was rushed from one section to another. I felt the guide should have paid more attention to the whole group. These factors partly contributed to the accident. A total disregard to safety and wellbeing of the visitors.
We certainly felt left out because although we try and speak Spanish the guide talked far to quickly for us to follow. I know we are in Spain but this is a tourist attraction and I know the guide spoke English. I wasn't expecting much, to have a sentence or two directly to us just to make sure we enjoyed the experience too.
We had no safety briefing, no warnings although after the accident the small torch was held at a low point and we were told in English to mind our heads.
I tried without success to feedback these issues to the English speaking admin team but we were met with blank looks. I do not normally leave bad reviews, but on this occasion I feel I should warn others on safety before there is a more serious accident.
