Monster Mayhem的点评
点评：We’ve been coming to Monster Mayhem at Star City for quite a while now (easily over 10+ visits), and every single time we’ve had a great experience. We are always looked after here, which is why we keep coming back.
The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and very family-friendly. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the customers and the kids enjoying themselves, which makes a big difference compared to other play centres.
A special mention to Selene (manager) – she’s brilliant. She handles situations professionally, especially when people don’t follow the rules, and keeps everything running smoothly. The rest of the staff are also polite, helpful, and approachable.
My daughter has had her birthday party here, and we’ve brought her friends along multiple times – they all absolutely love it. It’s a place where kids genuinely have fun, and parents can relax knowing things are well managed.
We’ve tried bigger play centres in Star City, but even though they’re larger, the atmosphere just doesn’t compare. Monster Mayhem feels more personal and actually values the customer experience.
We always recommend this place to friends and family and will definitely keep coming back.
