点评：I'm a KC native and was excited to take an "official" tour of the Kansas City Christmas lights! Tickets were around $20 per person which was reasonable, but the tour itself was very lackluster. Blaring Christmas music played on the speaker and no real commentary. I think our driver said a couple of things, one was about a Civil War skirmish that took place and another was about the 80+ miles of lights that light the Plaza. Other than that, we could have seen more lights just by driving by ourselves.
After driving from Union Station to the Plaza, we drove down a couple of streets on the Plaza and then down to Ward Parkway. We kept driving past streets that were filled with lighted homes, but we did not drive through those. It seems as though it we kept randomly driving around even though there were several fully-lighted neighborhoods. We did notice a few vehicles driving behind us no matter where we went, likely thinking they would follow the tour and get to see lots of cool lights. Joke was on them.
