Saltburn Cliff Tramway的点评
点评：I had seen a documentary that featured this tramway and since we were in the area, we decided to check it out. And we're thrilled that we did!
Check the hours, as they close rather early and you want to be able to get there in time to go down, and back up again.
There is a large free parking lot that stretches through the village along the coast. The tram is near the southern end of the lot.
The attendants were delightful. One pays upon entering to go down, and then, again, to come back up. The fee is £2 each way and it is set up for card payment if you choose to do that.
There is a long pier that one can walk out onto, with benches, if you choose to just sit and enjoy the magnificent scenery. There is an arcade in the building, but we didn't go inside.
If the weather is accommodating, this is such a fun and different excursion.
