Have heard great things about this place so decided to give it a try.
Firstly, ticketing is unhelpful - paid the same price for everyone from a pre-schooler right up to a ‘non playing’ elder relative
Dangerously overcrowded
Too many older children charging about screaming their heads off and intimidating/scaring younger children
No supervision of age related play areas - what’s the point of having a special area for toddlers when tweens/teens are running riot on it
Having diligently returned our foot sacs after the first slide, we realised that almost everyone else had kept theirs to use on all the other slides, meaning there were none available to use after the first slide
Not enough seating
Map and signage inadequate and confusing, never managed to find our way to several places
Never managed to get on the boat ride - made several attempts but queue never shorter than an hour and a half, even at lunchtime
Limited food options and all too expensive
Toilets unsanitary - no sign of them ever being cleaned or even inspected
