British Commercial Vehicle Museum的点评
点评：We visited the British Commercial Vehicle Museum with my 6-year-old son over Easter, not really knowing what to expect—and it turned out to be a fantastic day out.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a friendly member of staff who gave us an Easter bunny hunt to complete as we explored. The bunnies were cleverly hidden around the historic vehicles, making it a fun challenge (definitely not too easy!), and my son loved earning a chocolate prize at the end.
There’s plenty to see and do, including an interactive truck driving simulator, and we really enjoyed being able to get up close to most of the vehicles. The volunteers were especially brilliant—knowledgeable, approachable, and always happy to chat and share information.
We ended up spending a good few hours there without getting bored. There’s also plenty of parking available, and it’s an easy 10–15 minute walk from Leyland train station.
The on-site café was nice for a break, and the gift shop had a good range of souvenirs.
All in all, a really enjoyable visit—definitely worth a trip, especially with kids.
