点评：Hubby and I rented one of their 17' Mako boats ($199 + tax for full 8 hrs, least expensive of all boats, we didn't have any coupons) on a Tuesday and we had a really nice time! We could have arrived and started using it at 8:00am but that was too early for us as we got in to Vegas late the night before. So we arrived at this marina about 10am. The drive there from Lake Las Vegas was short and scenic! We registered and signed paperwork and then awesome dude employee "LT" gave us a lesson on the boat. Hubby has driven many boats over his 71 years so not a problem, but every boat is different. I need all the help I can get, but he was doing all the driving. We brought a small cooler with our lunch, beverages and snacks since we knew we'd be out on the water until 4pm when they close! There is a large cooler on the boat (built in, doubles as the Captain's seat). We stored small stuff in there. I sat either up in front of hubby or further forward or in the back, depending on the wind and bumps. This boat was perfect for us to cruise around Lake Mead and take pictures, swim, etc. We could have beached it per marina policy at a couple places, but we ended up not doing that. We did go pretty far east on the Lake. Told not to go up into the Overton arm due to low water levels. We ended by going to Hoover Dam then back to the marina, all before 4pm. Such gorgeous scenery, my pix are wonderful!! It would have been great to have those couple extra hours though, so we recommend getting there at 8:00am or earlier if at all possible.
