点评：Kolin Was Excellent!!!
It was just the 3 of us on this day and we were super fortunate to have the Big Wheel Van all to ourselves -- bc it felt like we were treated just like the A-List celebrities who owned the homes we visited on the tour. Right out of the gate, case in point -- > pick-up and drop-off service at our own place!!
Along with cruising through the surrounding unique/exclusive quadrants and regions that make up the city of Palm Springs - with unlimited complimentary water and snacks along the way - Kolin made sure we hit up all the property hot spots, enthusiastically providing and pinning all historical relevance, exterior/interior decor and background notes attached to each famed location. Some of the highlights of the approximate 3+hr road trip took us past the Iconic Melvyn's Restaurant, the homes of Sony Bono, Frank Sinatra, Howard Hughes, Marilyn Monroe, Bob Hope, Dean Martin, and of course a visit to the Honeymoon Hideaway and the additional vacation chateau of the King of Rock & Roll, where we had an unexpected & unbelievable opportunity to take an actual tour inside the home itself!!!
This is a must see and do for all ages with any interest in the Golden Age of Hollywood & Entertainment, and I would without a doubt recommend this tour and make sure Kolin is your go-to guide: he was amicable, informative, answered all our questions and at the end .. provided us a sense of re-enlightenment and real appreciation for a very storied bygone era. Don't pass this up!!!
