Horrible customer service. rang the spa to join the gym and ask about membership prices. Waited on the line for good 20 mins, one lady answered and transfered me to another member as she had no clue about prices waited another 10 mins on the line just to be told to give a call in the morning as they are busy and dont know the prices.

A very good pool area with two pools, one leads outside and is heated and the other one is mainly for swimming. Next to the pools there are also a few saunas which are very relaxing. I would definitely recommend trying it out if you are staying at the hotel.

An excellent pool region with two pools, one leads outside and is warmed and the other one is predominantly for swimming. Close to the pools there are additionally a couple of saunas which are exceptionally unwinding. I would suggest giving it a shot in case you are remaining at the inn.

The changing rooms and fitness studio are very run down. Although the gym had a recent refubishmen the rest of the spa is dirty, dated and neglected.
The equiment in the fitness studio is mismatched, damaged and never cleaned.
Cycle bikes are filthy and never cleaned except for a quick wipe down after use.
Mats never cleaned.
Hardly ever spray or ipes to clean equipment after use.
Dumbells, bars and weights damaged.
Equipment thrown in a side area and not stored safely.
No consistency with fitness instructors who deliver classes - lazy warm-up on bikes, little or no stretching at the end of some classes.
Lift never working.
Watsu jacuzzi regularly out of action.
If you turned the lights on in pool area it would probably show mould growing in corners.
Mosaic tiles missing.
Changing rooms very dated and shabby.
Only 3 showers working - 2 out of use for months.
Mould growing in showers.
Rusty cubicles.
Shower doors broken and no handles or locks
Only 1 pair of straighteners in ladies.
The list is endless.
Very dissapointing for such an expensive gym.
A very well known fitness and tennis club in Ellesmere port are in the middle of a refub and its looking stunning.

糟糕的客户服务。我打电话给水疗中心想加入健身房并询问会员价格。等了足足20分钟，一位女士接了电话，但她对价格一无所知，就把我转给了另一位会员。我又等了10分钟，结果被告知他们很忙，不知道价格，让我明天早上再打。

太脏了！！泳池周围到处都是垃圾，没有水杯，饮水机坏了，电梯也坏了，蒸汽房已经坏了三次了……按摩浴缸里的水温是温的，但气泡是冷的，淋浴的水温也只是温的，即使调到9档也不热。

不会再来了，两星。

更衣室和健身工作室非常破旧。虽然健身房最近翻新过，但水疗中心的其他部分却很脏、陈旧且疏于维护。

健身工作室里的器材不配套、损坏，而且从未清洁过。

动感单车很脏，除了每次使用后简单擦拭一下之外，从未进行过清洁。

垫子也从未清洁过。

几乎从不使用喷雾或清洁剂清洁器材。

哑铃、杠铃和配重片损坏。

器材随意堆放在一旁，没有妥善存放。

健身教练授课水平参差不齐——动感单车热身敷衍了事，有些课程结束时几乎没有拉伸。

电梯一直无法使用。

水中按摩浴缸经常无法使用。

如果打开泳池区的灯，很可能会看到角落里长满了霉菌。

马赛克瓷砖缺失。

更衣室非常老旧破败。

只有3个淋浴间能用——其中2个已经停用数月。

淋浴间里长满了霉菌。

淋浴隔间生锈。

淋浴门坏了，没有把手或锁。

女淋浴间里只有一把直发器。

问题数不胜数。

对于如此昂贵的健身房来说，实在令人失望。

埃尔斯米尔港一家非常知名的健身和网球俱乐部正在进行翻新，看起来非常漂亮。
