点评：We went to Costa Rica for a family holiday in July 2026 and after reading positive reviews decided to book through Wild Rider, it was a decision we are delighted we made.
The experience was super easy start to finish. We got the car we wanted hassle free and they through in extras like camping chairs and child booster seats for no extra charge. On return again, completely hassle and quibble free. No attempt to find tiny scratches or anything like that that can happen far too often with car hire. Just a chat about our trip, and off we went.
I must give a special shout out to the agent who handled us when we went to pick up the car on our first day. I think his name was Jorge Diego (I apologise if this is wrong, I wrote it down but lost my paper). He went through our whole itinerary with us. For a relentless planner like me Id done a tonne of research before I went, but I still picked up a load of useful advice from him. In addition to steering us on our routes, he went through the itinerary and wrote loads of recommendations on the map. We visited quite a few of these and they were all great recommendations so I cant thank him enough! Ive never had anything like that from car hire before. A perfect company!
