点评:As we both like cooking, we spent an unforgettable day with Annalisa Pompeo in our first week of vacation in Sicily! The cooking course took place in her beautiful, well organized kitchen. We prepared a truly Sicilian 3 course meal, starting with “Cavatelli”, that we produced without a machine and added a delicious pesto al pistachio. Then we prepared for the second course «MagroGrasso», a kind of Involtini, served with tomato sauce, which the Sicilians eat on Sundays. For dessert we prepared then “Ricci di pistachio», a wonderful pastry. We liked the course so much, that we decided to have another course in our second week of vacation. Again we had a wonderful day with Annalisa, enjoying preparing again true Sicilian food! This time, we prepared “Pasta al Forno” as a starter! Just delicious!! Then we prepared “Sarde a Beccafico” with fresh Sardine, a very tasting, especial Sicilian second course! For dessert we prepared «Ricottamisu», that perfectly rounded off the meal!
