点评：We booked a spa lodge with a hot tub, Elemis products etc. We were not disappointed. We stayed in lodge 33 which is a good one as there are no lodges in front of this one. All the lodges are spaced well for privacy.
The specification of the lodges is very high indeed. Good quality bed linen and towels.
Tips for other travelers;
There is a pint of milk a few teabags and a couple of coffee pods provided.
There is no tin foil, kitchen roll or clingfilm
There are 3 dishwasher tablets, 1 teatowel dish cloth and sponge
They provide a small insect repellant spray and citronella candle.
There is a well stocked shop
The pub/restaurant is good.
(Note food service stops at 8.15pm, and bar shuts at 9). Caters for families but has the child friendly areas sectioned off, so if you are like us and have no children and don’t want to be round screaming kids. It is good.
The food was quite a surprise. We had low expectations given the family focus of the place. We were wrong! The head chef was trained by Heston himself, and it shows. The menu isn’t massive but what there is, is done very well. Not pub grub at all. We ate there twice for evening meals, and once for lunch. The staff were great too.
The activities are good. We did archery and the lady doing it was fab. Had us doing team games. Really good fun.
The bird of prey centre is worth the entry fee too. Once you have your ticket, you can return as many times that day as you like. The staff are very knowledgable and happy to answer questions.
I would say it is a much less commercialised version on centre parcs. It is more up market. And a lot less people!
I would happily return. It isn’t cheap but it is good value for money.

这里的食物着实令人惊喜。考虑到这家店以家庭顾客为主，我们原本期望并不高，结果却大错特错！主厨是由赫斯顿亲自培训的，这一点从菜品中就能看出来。菜单上的菜品虽不算多，但每一道都做得非常出色。绝对不是那种普通的酒馆食物。我们在那里吃过两次晚餐，一次午餐。服务员也非常出色。
这里的活动也很有趣。我们体验了射箭，负责指导的女工作人员棒极了，还带我们玩了一些团队游戏。真的非常有趣。
猛禽中心也物有所值。买了门票后，当天可以无限次进出。工作人员知识面很丰富，也乐于解答各种问题。
可以说这里是一个商业化程度远低于Centre Parcs的度假村，定位也更为高端。而且游客数量少多了！
我会很乐意再次光临。虽然价格不便宜，但绝对物有所值。
