Easily the worst distillery we visited
Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience的点评
点评：We schedule our visit several months in advance which included eating at the onsite restaurant. Upon arrival we're told the upstairs was closed for a private event. The staff was cold and distant and seemed put off that we were a bit upset that our appoint was not honored. To kill time until the scheduled tasting we look at the gift shop which was all we could do at this point.
However we tried to make the best of it and continued to the scheduled tasting after. Our guide seemed uneducated on bourbon and the tasting felt very rushed. Not to mention ever bourbon shared were the standard stuff you can find at any liquor store. After the tasting there was a historical outline museum of sorts that was self guided. Honestly felt like I was on some sort of cheesy high school field trip.
I was fan of the some of their bourbon prior to this but this experience put a pretty bad taste in all our mouths. Doubt I will ever spend and money of their products in the future.
