点评：I booked my stay two months in advance and was told there "might be" "some noise" from nearby construction. When I arrived, the bungalow assigned to me was only a few meters from a major construction site, with loud machinery operating throughout the day. The description I received beforehand didn’t come close to matching the reality, and it made it impossible for me to stay longer than a single night.
I booked a different guesthouse nearby and had to insist on receiving a refund for the second day of my stay, even though it was very early in the day, with the manager initially claiming they wouldn’t be able to rebook the room. The reservation manager eventually approved the full refund. However, despite this approval, the refund was not actually processed for quite some time. I followed up multiple times with no clear timeline, and only after posting a negative review online did I finally receive confirmation—along with a few different explanations for the delay. I’m glad it ultimately went through, but the process was far more drawn out than it should have been.
I hope the center becomes clearer and more accurate in how it communicates about ongoing construction. If you’re considering staying here, I strongly recommend confirming the exact location of your room in relation to any construction activity so you can get the peaceful environment you’re planning for
