点评：I booked a program at Orion Healing Center two months in advance and was warned about "some noise" due to nearby construction. In reality, my bungalow was only a few meters from a major construction site with loud heavy machinery and trucks operating all day long. The phrase "some noise" is a huge understatement and very misleading.
After just one night, I informed the reception that staying there was not realistic due to the noise and that I was leaving to stay elsewhere. I requested a refund because of this. They initially said no refunds were given. Then, after speaking with the reservation manager Donna, she apologized and acknowledged that their previous messaging about construction noise had caused many complaints. She agreed to look into the refund.
Donna first said they could not refund that day as the room couldn’t be rebooked, but after I insisted, she agreed to refund it. She seemed sincere and promised to keep me updated. However, since then, I have repeatedly asked for updates via WhatsApp with no progress—only vague replies saying there were no updates yet.
This experience felt very disappointing. Instead of being a peaceful healing center, it feels like a place that hides behind a spiritual image while prioritizing money over honesty and customer care. I would not recommend booking here, especially if you expect the tranquility they promise.
