Disappointing tour
Turibus Ciudad De México的点评
点评：We booked a hop-on-hop-off tour for the day with access to four zones with bus-switching. This was on the day of the women’s march, so some road closures were to be expected. We boarded at the red zone and were told that some stops would not be accessible but other zones should be accessible. We were never warned about potential issues returning.
The bus itself had several audio ports that did not work, especially for English language. Most of the tour music played, without clear announcements as to the next stop. This made getting off challenging. Drivers had limited English skills.
At the end of the toor we had difficulty getting a return bus that did not show up for 1.5 hours. When it did arrive and got to the transfer point to the red line, we were informed that the red line had shut down and we were left stranded, with no way to return to our hotel. The tour company should never had run the Centro route because the shutdowns were anticipated. Basically we were left abandoned to our own devices and stranded. It was an extremely challenging ordeal to return to our origination on our own. Highly irresponsible.
