点评：We had a really lovely experience at Showcase Cinema in Coventry and felt compelled to leave a review. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how clean and well-kept the cinema is. The lobby, screens, and seating areas were all spotless and comfortable, which really added to the overall experience.
We actually made a mistake with our booking, which could have easily ruined our evening, but Claire, the manager, was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful, calm, and understanding while sorting everything out for us. Claire went above and beyond to fix the issue quickly and made us feel completely at ease. Great customer service like that really stands out and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a really positive experience.
On top of that, the ice cream at the cinema is genuinely some of the best I've tasted.🍦
Overall, it was a great visit. A big thank you to Claire for her kindness and professionalism, and to the team for keeping the cinema in such great condition. its our Favourite cinema choice.
