An Unforgettable Experience with Rufus
Sea Lion Point At Aquaventure World的点评
点评：We visited the Sea Lion Encounter as a couple on September 29th and were absolutely thrilled with the experience! There was one other family with children in our group. The children should not be too young, though, so make sure to check the age and height requirements on the website beforehand.
At the beginning, our host Peter provided us with the right wetsuits as well as towels. A small tip: if you have booked the Encounter, there is no need to buy an extra towel in the park.
After changing, we were already welcomed by the trainers Connor and Giulia Michel. First, we watched a short video together explaining all the do’s and don’ts. Taking your own photos or videos in the pool or animal area is not allowed, which we personally found completely understandable.
After that, we went straight into the water to meet Rufus, the sea lion. During the Encounter, you meet one of the three sea lions. The approximately 30 minutes in the water go by incredibly fast! Photos are also taken during the experience and can be purchased afterwards for an additional fee. Of course, there is absolutely no obligation to buy them.
What we especially appreciated was how attentive all the staff members were throughout the experience. They explained a lot and were happy to answer every question we had. For anyone who has a genuine interest in animals, biology and sea lion behaviour, this Encounter is both fascinating and very educational.
We would definitely book the Sea Lion Encounter again and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aquaventure!
