点评：This was truly one of the most beautiful, heartwarming, and fulfilling experiences we’ve ever had. Our visit to Sea Lion Point was so much more than just an attraction—it felt like stepping into a family that genuinely loves and cares for its marine mammals.
A huge thank you to Connor, our guide, who made the entire experience unforgettable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and enthusiastic, answering every single question we had with genuine passion. No question was too small, and his warmth made us feel so welcome, making us feel like part of the Sea Lion Point family.
One of the most touching parts of our visit was meeting Mickey, Roger’s primary caregiver. Learning that Mickey has spent the last 12 years caring for Roger was incredibly moving. The bond they share is something truly special—you can see the trust, affection, and love between them in every interaction. Roger, now a playful 14-year-old, has such an incredible personality, and watching the two of them together was an absolute privilege. It was impossible not to smile seeing the connection they have.
What made the experience even more special was learning about the thoughtful ways the team enriches the lives of the marine mammals in their care. Hearing that they celebrate each animal’s birthday with ice cakes or fish jelly cakes perfectly reflects the love, dedication, and attention they give every single one. It’s clear these animals are not just cared for—they are genuinely cherished.
Thank you, Connor, Mickey, Lorena and the entire team at Sea Lion Point for giving us memories we’ll treasure forever.
