点评:We had planned to go to the Thursday night market but heard that it got so crowded that we passed on that wand tried the Saturday morning farmer’s market. We were staying in Brasilito and it was a 30 minutes drive to Tamarindo. We found it easily (next to the Green Papaya restaurant) and quickly found free street parking just outside the entrance. With it being a Farmers Market, we expected primarily produce and other foods - and while that was certainly there, many other vendors were selling art, jewelry, clothes, etc. We ended up with some fresh French pastries and some jewelry to take home but the produce looked great. Every vendor spoke English, some took cash only while others accepted credit cards. And there is a little bathroom available at the back corner of the market. Market is open from 8-2. Go early if you are not staying in Tamarindo. By the time we left at noon to head back to Brasilito, the traffic was stacking up bad as it was a Saturday.
