点评：Being”pushed” to book online by the staff members at the desk seemed bizarre. Her reasoning was that I would “save some money and be guaranteed a slot”?? Then when we came to enter the soft play 2 mins before our allotted time slot there was only one (clearly stressed and overwhelmed) young team member working the reception area meaning we actually gained entry after the slot we’d booked.
The poor staffing levels were evident at the food area with only one staff member taking orders and one other trying to prepare the drinks etc. making the wait time even longer that the check in time.
Also considering there is a 15 min window between one session ending and the next session starting one would expect the seating area to be fully clean but that wasn’t the case either.
The only reason for giving three stars was that my granddaughter enjoyed the soft play area, but 4 year olds are very hard to disappoint.
