Worst shuttle service ever

点评：We had high hopes for this company, but were let down in a big way. Overcharged us for 4 hour shuttle service to Santa Claus House and Rod's Alaskan Guide Service. The shuttle was supposed to be with us the entire time which is why they charged quoted us $700. We told the driver that we would be dog sledding from 2:30-3pm and would be done by 3:15pm. Our van was nowhere to be found. We got a hold of the driver and she says that she was told to pickup pilots from a hotel and take them to the airport. She left with all of our bags inside the van and then made us wait an entire hour...unbelievable. If we could give a lower rating, we would. No apology from the driver, no apology from the company that we had to wait even though we contracted the van to be with us the entire time. The driver then proceeded to take us to the wrong hotel. We will never do business with this company again.
