点评：We were treated to a dining and tasting experience by my nephew and his wife to celebrate my 60th birthday. What a fabulous gift! We ate in the restaurant first (a lovely open space overlooking the vines), delicious croquettes to start followed by two distinct cod dishes (the family who run the vineyard have cod-fishing heritage) - one with fideua and one in a tomato based risotto - which we shared. We tried a glass each of two of the Adegamae roses, both superb with the meal. The staff were extremely welcoming and very professional. The restaurant was busy but the staff were attentive but allowed us a very leisurely lunch (about 2 hours) before the tasting tour. Diana, our guide, was extremely informative and had very good English (thankfully, as our Portuguese is limited). We were two of about a dozen guests on the tour. The wine-making process was explained clearly and with enthusiasm. Her delivery of the various wines for tasting was equally informative and professional. We have been to wine tasting experiences before where there can be a degree of pretension but Diana was just very keen to showcase and share a product of which she is clearly both knowledgeable and proud. As this was a gift I don't know the admission fee for the tour but the restaurant was good value as a unique dining experience - I would recommend combining the two to get the full benefit of this place.
