点评：From Austin's highly responsive and candid answers to our groups wide-ranging questions from fishing to water skiing options, to Capt Stam's watchful experience and advice, to Irene's warm demeanor and culinary skill, it is difficult to find enough superlatives to convey just how well taken care of our group of three couples felt throughout the entire experience. To the person, we felt more like we were visiting distant family in Greece that made it their mission to ensure that we were safe, had a great and authentic experience while somehow always striking the perfect balance of being alert and available, yet respectful of our group time. From an accommodating and warm welcome aboard, to meaningful and on-point suggestions for dinner options (breakfast and lunch were skillfully provided by Irene and a highly recommended option) to Captain Stam knowing when to arrive at popular ports to get the 'right' spots, we felt one step ahead of other charters. The boat was spotless and comfortable and the ports of call were all memorable and well chosen. The only downside was leaving, with all three couples wishing we could extend for another week. Thank you Austin, Captain Stam and Irene for an standout experience that we all continue to savor and recall as having exceeded our loftiest expectations.
