点评：Our boys soccer team from Illinois made it to Nationals and while in Utah, we visited Park City adventure Park. Unfortunately, before our boys could get into the mountain coaster it started storming. Therefore, we were told to return our tickets back to the ticket counter for a full refund. We just did that- in the pouring rain. Once back at the car and heading back to our hotel which was over an hour away, I pull out the refund receipt I was provided and it was for the incorrect amount and showing that it was going back to a card that doesn’t belong to me. After 25 (yes 25!) phone calls and multiple emails… I was told that the tickets had been exchanged the next day and used by someone so I wouldn’t be getting a refund!! I did NOT do this and have now been ignored with any following questions that I have wanting to resolve this!
