Given the circumstances, I kindly request that you provide an alternative form of compensation or a possible solution to remedy the loss of my once-in-a-lifetime experience memorabilia. I had anticipated sharing this moment with friends and family, and a simple refund does not capture the emotional and experiential value lost.
