点评:Placed an online order with overnight shipping. Order did not ship after a couple days. Called and was told the person that handles these orders was out and no one else has access. Gave order info and contact info and asked for cancellation and confirmation the next day. Sent follow up email. No response by phone or email. Second follow up email, no response two days later. Had to dispute the charge. Zero customer service. A week and half later received a shipping notification. Called to make sure the items was not shipping as it was no longer needed. Spoke with the Manager, Logan, who was completely apathetic and sarcastic. Offered zero apology for not shipping the order, zero apology for the multiple communication failures. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Order from the other much better seafood shipper in Key West.
