Amazing food and staff.
The Rose & Crown的点评
点评：Wow. What a hidden gem ♥️.
Was staying locally in a hotel where sadly the food is lacking.
Sunday, late afternoon and places where closing for food that allowed dogs 🐕
Luckily I asked Google for help and it came up with the Rose and Crown.
So happy it did.
Traditional looking pub with super food.
Nice outside eating area with small car park and plenty of flowers which were being tended by the landlord (very polite young man).
Staff were a delight. Exceptionally bright, smiley and helpful.
Nothing was to much trouble.
I had Veggie Lasagne mmmmm Tasted amazing and served with proper chips and salad 🥗. Partner has Steak & Ale pie with extra gravy, chips and a large bowl of veggies cooked just right.
Didn’t have room for dessert sadly.
Will return when next in the area.
Do yourselves a favour. You will not be disappointed.
