点评：Our family has lasting memories from visiting this farm, unfortunately they are all bad! My 3 year old grandson broke his leg in a fall, gates leading back into the building were padlocked due to building work, no staff came when shouted resulting in my daughter having to carry him all around the perimeter to get him into reception, first aid was NON EXISTENT she signed an accident form and was told she could get it checked out “if she liked” luckily she drove him straight to urgent care where he was BLUE LIGHTED to A&E as a medical emergency and had surgery and was in a full cast for 7 weeks. Upon reporting this staff LIED and denied the accident had happened to their insurance company and when health and safety visited the accident form had disappeared 🤷♀️ absolutely appalling place!! Accidents happen no one suggested it was their fault that he fell BUT if you provide equipment in a play area largely used by pre school children at the very least your staff should be trained to recognise injuries sustained from falls from height, had he broken his neck or his back the outcome could have been very different!!! Be wary, social media portrays this business as one thing but how you deal with issues when they occur says all you need to know about how much a business actually cares about its paying customers.
翻译：我们全家对这家农场留下了难以磨灭的记忆，可惜全是糟糕的回忆！我三岁的孙子摔断了腿，通往建筑物的门因为施工被锁上了，我们喊了也没人理我们，结果我女儿不得不抱着他绕着农场走了好几圈才把他送到接待处。那里根本没有急救措施，她签了事故报告，却被告知“如果她愿意的话”可以带他去检查。幸好她直接开车送他去了急诊，他被紧急送往急诊室，做了手术，打了七周的石膏。我们把这件事报告给保险公司后，工作人员竟然撒谎否认发生了事故，等到安全部门来检查的时候，事故报告竟然不见了！真是太糟糕了！意外难免发生，没人会说孩子摔倒是他们的错，但是既然你们在主要供学龄前儿童使用的游乐区提供设备，至少你们的员工应该接受过培训，能够识别高处坠落造成的伤害。如果他摔断的是脖子或背部，后果不堪设想！要小心，社交媒体对这家企业的描述可能千差万别，但当问题出现时，你如何处理这些问题才能真正体现一家企业对付费客户的关心程度。
