点评：Very straightforward booking process. Allowed me to take a mobility scooter and a few other essentials my elderly disabled mother required at no additional cost. We used them to book the Birmingham Diocese Pilgrimage to Lourdes by air. Before the trip they were very easy to contact and made us aware of changes to the cost of the vacation due to war between Iran and USA. The flight travelled from Birmingham Airport which looked after us very well. The airport transfer from Tarbes airport to Lourdes was very good and accommodated my mother’s mobile scooter well. We were assigned assigned to the Hotel Padoue which was good for accommodating our needs and just a few minutes from the Sanctuary. I used the Lourdes App to keep track of events and masses. Bit disappointed that I did not get my lanyard and Pilgrims booklet until the end of our stay but the friendly and helpful nature of the organisers and volunteers made our stay a pleasure. Kath White even arranged for my mother’s mobile scooter to have a birthday blessing from the Bishop. Great 5 days would do it again.
