点评:Coming from a city with two very different cathedrals, my wife and I do like to visit these magnificent centres of worship wherever we go.
It's the stories behind the buildings that are so often inspiring, strange or sad. From people who have given their lives in one war or another, to those who have donated their own works of art and those, more modern who work tirelessly to help preseve our buildings and religious heritage.
Truro is no exception. St. Marys aisle, the original part of the cathedral, the church within a church. The Finn Cross by Michael Finn and the stunning matchstick model by Bill Cheshire. And the strangest, the blue spot, a temporary measure that has become a permanent fixture.
The cathedral is well worth visiting and, if possible, donating to help repair and upkeep this beautiful building
