点评：My friend and I arranged a Hot Air Balloon ride to celebrate our birthdays.
The communication before and during the experience was outstanding.
There were just a couple of minor disappointments. First, we started late because we had to wait for a group that arrived late, which caused us to miss the sunrise (this isn't the company's fault; I understand they want to accommodate customers and ensure the flight is worthwhile. It's more on the customers for not leaving home early enough).
The second thing is that other hot air balloon companies provide a certificate at the end of the ride. I was really looking forward to receiving one, but they don’t offer it.
Now, about the flight: the pilots were entertaining, knowledgeable, and it was clear they enjoyed giving the flights. I always felt secure, and they patiently answered all our questions. The view was absolutely stunning. You never know where you might land depending on the breeze, but I would definitely recommend a hot air balloon ride with the Kiwi Balloon Company.
Afterwards, we enjoyed a hot drink and some sweets at the café where we were picked up.
We paid after the flight.
