点评：As a Florida native we have driven to Key West many times and gave the Key West Express a try as an alternative. We arrived at 7AM since we had read the reviews to arrive early but there was already lots of travelers and a bus tour on board. Seating is FCFS, they have a few comforable couch type areas and bench/tables which are obviously taken quickly. The rest of the seats are similar to airline style seating. Unless your able to secure a couch area you can't lay down or recline. I would suggest arriving at 0630 since they obvioulsy started boarding prior to 7AM. The day we sailed the tour bus took up the whole 2nd floor so we were stuck with the standard seats. I would suggest to this business to consider offering the couch and bench seats as an upcharge option. We would have gladly paid an additional fee for the comfort of having the extra room since it's not always possible to be the first one onboard. It's a catamaran style boat which moved very fast, the interior is noisey due to the engine. The bathroom is marine style and has a very high step to get in/out, if you have mobility problems this might be an issue. The crew was exceptionally helpful and nice. They have a small cafe that serves breakfast/snack food and a bar. It rained almost our whole trip down so going outside wasn't an option. As with any inclement weather it can cause sea sickness, they do have medicine you can purchase. There isn't free WIFI and when buying access to theirs it states you can't use it for music or streaming. I would suggest downloading a movie or book to stay occupied, its a 3.5-4 hour trip. On the trip back you have to check in at the terminal at 1PM to get a boarding pass (Southwest style boarding process). But they don't start boarding until 5PM so you have to find something to do for about 4-5 hours since most hotels require you to check out by 11am. Pro's: you can relax and it's quicker than driving. They do have food so you don't have to bring food or a cooler. Cons: you can only bring roll on size luggage if you want to check a larger size bag it's a $40.00 fee per bag. If it's raining or inclement weather its a bit rough. As a side note and obviously not a reflection of this business, we found several of the younger clientele to be very discourteous. Our son is autistic and non verbal, sometimes he gets stared at due to stemming but we were shocked by the insolence from people who obvioulsy were very ignorant. This particular group had been drinking, which I would expect since this is a trip to Key West. But that seemed to make them think it was ok to stare and talk loudly about his condition right in front of us

顺带一提，这虽与这家服务无关，但我们发现有不少年轻顾客非常没礼貌。我们的儿子患有自闭症，不会说话。有时候他会因为口吃而遭到旁人注视，但那些明显毫无常识的人所表现出的无礼态度真的让我们震惊不已。那群人当时都喝了酒，这也情有可原，毕竟这是一次去基韦斯特的旅行。但酗酒似乎让他们觉得，当着我们的面盯着他看、大声议论他的状况也是可以接受的。
