点评：I used to go here all the time. I wish I could give 5 stars but unfortunately I cannot. My last experience was absolutely horrible. I usually book with 1 of 2 therapists because their techniques work best for me. My last time at Elite I booked with one (let's call her Alice). I booked with Alice and when I arrived another therapist (we will call her Jane) was at the desk and signed me in. Jane took me up to the room which isn't out of the ordinary, I've had other therapists bring me to the room while my therapist is busy or getting ready. Well apparently Jane was going to be my therapist for the day and I was not told at all. Just an old switcheroo. Now I'll be honest I've had Jane before but I avoid her because her techniques are not my cup of tea. She is super nice but I just don't get the same results with her. I never heard from ANYONE about the switch, not even when I was checking in. It just happened. I completely understand that things happen (cars don't start, people get sick, emergencies etc.) but a quick phone call/message that says "Hey we know you booked with Alice but she is unavailable would it be ok if Jane took over?!" because I would just reschedule. Imagine if the client did that? Oh I booked for Jessica but James shows up for Jessica's appointment with no heads up. Get some better buisness practices. I've also booked different types of massages (aromatherapy for example) and got ZERO aromas and when questioned after the response was "sorry we didn't realize" CHECK THE SYSTEM THEN! I now go elsewhere and won't ever go back because when I book with a particular person I expect that person, and if that person can't make it I expect to be told BEFORE the massage and not during when the one massage therapist I avoid busts in and ruins my massage.
