An excellent Safari with a few bumps!

点评：We had a 5-star experience overall, largely thanks to the private safari led by Lenie and Shayne, who made our visit truly memorable.
A special mention also to Jordana at front of house, whose help in organising our activities made a real difference. Note to all: It’s important to be organised and read the small print carefully when booking experiences, and without her guidance I think we would have come away with a very different impression. Her customer service was excellent — she went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly.
The only downside was the lion experience, where the customer service fell short. Staff returned from lunch around 30 minutes late, leaving guests waiting in the heat, despite us being asked to arrive at 1:15pm for a 1:30pm start. After a few customers followed up, the team eventually appeared closer to 1:50pm.
That said, the outstanding safari experience more than made up for this, and once everything was properly organised, we had a fantastic day overall.
