点评：An amazing experience from start to finish. We booked the Walking with the Lions experience, which was truly incredible. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The only downside for me was that the lions were babies rather than adults. While it was still a great experience, walking with adult lions would have made it a true once-in-a-lifetime experience.
There were plenty of food choices available, which was a nice bonus.
The website could definitely be improved, as booking took a long time to go through and there was no clear confirmation that the reservation had been successful. It took me five attempts to book. However, downloading the app made the process much easier and far more straightforward.
Overall, despite the booking issues, it was a fantastic experience and one I would still highly recommend.
