点评：I recently purchased a pair of earrings from Ova Arts. Specifically, from Susan Hugo of Bee Hive Jewelry. Ova carries her creations. Within an hour of my purchase one of my earrings was gone. I believe it was the clasp that broke. I immediately contacted the store and was told to contact Susan directly. Per their instructions I sent her an email along with pictures and politely inquired about having another matching earring made. It has been a month, and I have not heard anything. The business card number listed is the phone number for Ova Arts Jewelry.
Ova Arts has many beautiful creations, and I was very disappointed to have had this happen. Be cautious when purchasing any items as if something does happen, you will not get any assistance. Additionally, I would ask if something were to happen, that there will be no issue in getting some guidance in getting 1) a replacement or 2) repair.
