点评：We had a wonderful 5-day trip to Sri Lanka, and the entire itinerary was very well planned and organized. It covered most of the key locations associated with Indian mythology, animal shelters, while also including memorable experiences like a scenic train ride and a boat ride, making the journey both meaningful and enjoyable, thus enriching the Sri Lankan culture.
A special mention goes to our tour guide, Ishan, who was exceptional throughout the trip. He was extremely polite, always punctual, and possessed excellent knowledge of every destination and its historical significance. He also made us feel completely safe with his careful driving and professional approach, which added greatly to our overall experience. Would also like to call out that the Toyota Sedan provided by SL Wide Tours was extremely comfortable.
The only area that could be improved is the choice of accommodations. While some of the resorts were excellent and offered a great experience, a few were average and had noticeable service issues. Paying more attention to consistency in the quality of the resorts would make the overall experience even better.
Overall, it was a memorable and well-managed trip, and we appreciate the effort the team put into making our Sri Lanka vacation enjoyable. We would be happy to recommend your services to others and look forward to traveling with you again.
