点评：The place is more in the centre of the island, than coastal areas. Very large church buildings and grounds. You always think of monasteries as being quiet, peaceful places and this was just that. But it was very busy with a blessing service inside the smaller of the two churches. Queued people lining up to climb down and kiss inside the opened up cellar wall and also tomb to the right hand side. There was also a priest in full robes giving a blessing to each person too. Very moving, and to see the devotion to their faith was lovely. The larger of the churches was beautiful inside, full of gold walls and bright coloured murals depicting various bible scenes. Although no fee, I recommend making a donation . In the larger church as you go in they have a money slot for this.
